Refund & Exchange Policy

At SkinScienceByMH, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product safety, hygiene, and quality.

Due to the nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, the following policy applies:

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect product selection
• Personal preference
• Delayed delivery (outside of confirmed dispatch issues)

All purchases are final unless an item qualifies under our exchange conditions below.

2. Hygiene & Product Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been:

• Opened
• Used
• Unsealed
• Tampered with

This is to protect all customers and ensure product integrity.

3. Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only, and strictly where:

• An item arrives damaged
• A manufacturing fault is identified

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot offer exchanges for:

5. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders secure stock in advance and are fulfilled once inventory becomes available.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

• Fulfilment timelines may vary
• Orders are processed once stock is released
• Pre-orders follow the same exchange policy

6. Cancellation Rights (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to:

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Opened skincare or cosmetic products

Any approved cancellation must meet:

• Items unopened
• Items unused
• Items in original condition

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued where:

• A fault/damage is verified
